Codewave/Aihiki does not directly collect any personal or medical information from Users. However, Users may input medical data and personal identifiers associated with patients into the Tool. Codewave/Aihiki itself does not request, access or retain any such information. Codewave/Aihiki does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information provided by users, institutions, students or patients. However, Users must carefully follow all applicable privacy laws, hospital policies, applicable institution policies, respective countries privacy and data protection policies and remain compliant when utilizing this Tool.
Our Use of Information –
The Tool analyzes medical case data input by Users based on machine learning datasets and Codewave/Aihiki’s patented technologies and algorithms. Codewave/Aihiki has no direct access to patient information entered into the Tool by Users. Any outputs generated are solely for the User’s internal purposes, such as mortality and morbidity analysis. Codewave/Aihiki assumes no responsibility for the inputs provided by Users or use of the Tool’s outputs.
Data Security –
We utilize administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to help protect data on our systems. However, no method of electronic transmission or data storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information Users transmit to the Tool. Users must determine whether the Tool meets all necessary compliance requirements for their intended use before utilization.
